About AuditDPDP

AuditDPDP is the DPDP awareness training service of Xcodefix Global, a compliance and information-security firm based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. We help Indian organisations train the people who handle personal data every day, so that the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025 work in practice, not just on paper.

Who runs AuditDPDP?

AuditDPDP is built and delivered by Xcodefix Global. Alongside DPDP training, Xcodefix Global works on related compliance and security programmes, including:

Why focus on people?

Software can record consent and encrypt a database. It cannot stop a salesperson from exporting every lead to a personal spreadsheet, or a receptionist from sending a lab report to an unverified WhatsApp number. Most personal-data incidents start with an ordinary decision like these. The Rules ask every Data Fiduciary for reasonable security safeguards, including organisational measures, and trained staff with records to show for it are the most practical way to meet that.

How is the training built?

• Mapped to the law. Each module points to the sections of the Act and the Rules it covers, and we update content when MeitY or the Data Protection Board issue changes.
• Built around Indian workplaces. Scenarios come from the situations Indian teams actually meet: Aadhaar photocopies, WhatsApp groups, collection calls, shared logins. They are not translated GDPR slides.
• Specific to industry and software. There are eight industry programmes and twelve application tracks, so each learner sees examples from their own job.
• Short and practical. Lessons take 5 to 14 minutes, work on any phone, and are available in English and Hindi.
• Evidence you can file. Completion registers, quiz scores and signed attestations can be downloaded for auditors, clients and the Board.

What we don’t claim

• AuditDPDP is an independent training provider. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) or the Data Protection Board of India.
• Neither the Act nor the Rules creates an official certification for staff training. Our completion certificates record that a learner finished the course and passed its quiz; they are not a government certification or a guarantee of compliance.
• Training content explains the law in plain language. It is not legal advice; for decisions about your obligations, consult a qualified lawyer.
